Because the MAMA CASAR jewelry is handcrafted by very attentive designers / technicians, some customized items (mostly, rings) take up to 14 business days for the work and between 3 and 5 business days for shipping. It is not a short wait of course, but we promise the art piece will be worth it. As soon as your jewelry is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order online.

Please understand that MAMA CASAR (Bejewel) is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, MAMA CASAR (Bejewel) is not responsible for delays including customs clearance which are accountable to the courier.

Signature Requirement

Keeping safety top of mind under COVID-19 impact, UPS suspended Signature Required for most shipments.

If needed, you can choose a UPS location near you to pick up the delivery. The location will hold the package for up to 7 days.


Each jewelry you meet here is a hand-finished product made to last from fine quality materials. However, oxygen, sweat, dirt will naturally tarnish your jewelries.

We’d like to provide you with some help to let our jewelries be there for you for longer period of time without losing their light.

If you need additional help, we would gladly help according to our warranty program.

In general

It is advised to wipe your jewelry off after wearing with a clean soft cloth.

Storing it with an anti-tarnish strip or in a plastic bag without humidity would help as well.

Some jewelries are vulnerable to chemicals. Please keep them safe from perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, hairsprays, or detergents.

14K Gold

14 Karat gold refers to the metal mix that is 58.3% gold, which has both beauty and durability. It tarnishes more slowly and is more resistant to scratches, scuffs, and bending.

To maintain its beauty, scrub lightly with a toothbrush and warm soapy water. Simply add a small amount of mild soap to lukewarm water and use a soft toothbrush to brush the jewelry gently in a circular motion. Rinse with clean water.

Sterling Silver (925 Silver)

925 Sterling Silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper or zinc. Just like 14K gold, Sterling Silver is more durable to bending, being misshaped or damaged.

You might want to use silver polishing cloth or simply use an old toothbrush and scrub with soap and water. If that does not work, a silver polishing dip cleaner can be a solution. Make sure to thoroughly dry your piece before storing.


We would like our products to last by your side. Hence, we proudly offer one year warranty for all our jewelries here.

We will take care of the problem with your jewelry unless it is

i) natural scratch, abrasion or deform caused by time and oxygen

ii) lost or stolen

iii) caused by inadequate use or storage

iv) occurred after the work of another party on the jewelry

Let us know the problem you have with pictures and we will be there. Please note that shipping and disinfection costs will be charged.

We are committed to bring the utmost satisfaction to our customers. If anything comes up upon receiving your jewelry, we will take care of it through the windows stated below to assist you.

Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of the designed jewelries and our urge to minimize customers’ waiting for the experience of wearing them, our artists get the works started as quickly as possible upon orders made.

For that reason, we are not very flexible in order cancellations.

Please understand that 24 hours after payments are made is the maximum window we can offer, in order to pursue the greater good of our customers.


We gladly accept returns for eligible items shipped in the same condition of your receipt. We prepared 'Contact Us' tab above to help you go through the process by a few clicks and typing.

Please be noted that, since our products are made to order, unfortunate mistakes or change of mind after 24 hours of payment or after the point when the item is already fulfilled are not eligible reasons for product returns or refunds.

We do our best to not let it happen, but if you receive damaged or defective jewelries, just let us know within 2 days of delivery with pictures that show the problem.

Once we identify the defect, we will send you a prepaid UPS return label via email so you can easily return your jewelry back to our hands within 30 days of delivery.

The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and undamaged in the complete original packaging for a full refund. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend that you personally insure and track your packages.

Upon receipt, our skilled jewelers will check the problem to prevent further customer inconvenience and we will process a refund accordingly. Please understand that if we cannot reach the consensus about the cause of the problem, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


Once again, please understand that we do not accept exchanges due to unfortunate mistakes or change of mind because our products are handmade to order by designers.

If the jewelry you receive is damaged or defective, we will take care of the case as a return process above. Please let us know within 2 days of delivery with pictures that show the problem, and kindly ship the item back within 30 days of delivery with original packaging and prepaid return label we send via email.


After we receive your jewelry, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Please remember that we only accept returns for eligible items if customers notify us within 2 days of delivery. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

If the product is damaged in any other way than reported, or a customer has initiated the return after 30 calendar days had passed, we’re afraid that the refund request will not be processed and the product will be returned to the customer at their cost of $40.
